Edge Binding Return Conveyor system with belt conveyor and roller conveyor

A customer from Nagpur city, asked us to reduce and ease out laborious work and increase the speed of edge binding. When the edge binding is to be done for a piece of wood, it needs to be done on 4 edges of the wood piece.

For small pieces it is easy. But for a piece of door, it needs to be hold by 2 persons and very tedious work. So the customer wanted the piece to return to the operator easily .

It was done using a pneumatic cylinder, and transfer mechanism as above. The system receives the piece from the machine, and transfers the same to return path. Orientation is changed during this process.
